Shipping policy

MAX MUSCLE offer an extremely fast and comprehensive shipping method to all our customers New Zealand wide, for a flat rate of $5. We will send you a shipment tracking number which you can then enter into our courier’s website to follow the progress of your order or you can flick us an email and we will do a follow up for you.

Please note 1-2 days shipping is the guidance provided by our Courier company and while this time frame is usually achieved we will not be held accountable for any unusual delays.

Every day we will strive to have all orders made before 3pm during week days on our afternoon courier. If for any reason your order does not make the afternoon courier it will be shipped out first thing the following morning.  

Damaged Goods / Returns

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please contact us with your claim and we will endeavor to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods
